Highly recommend for great location and for families. Separate pool area for adults and children. The end of September to beginning of October sea was warmer, then pools, absolutely amazing experience. Clean with great service. Food and drink are suitable even for the pickiest English man ( my husband). Look for great price for parasailing! Make sure you visit Dolphin Park day tickets and where you can swim with marin fish.

The hotel is nice; however, the food and drinks, while average, were acceptable considering the price-quality ratio. My biggest problem with this hotel is the staff. One member was exceptionally unfriendly, almost rude, and showed no interest in resolving my issues. I intended to dine on the restaurant terrace, a space that should be available to all guests, but it was fully booked by a large group. When I asked about alternative outside dinner locations, a staff member almoust lauched at me and said that it is not his problem. This should be their concern; such treatment is unacceptable. Displeased, we left our plates uneaten, yet received no apology. Additionally, the paid Wi-Fi is unreliable, and not all areas of the hotel have coverage(in the rooms is ok, at the pool is working only is some spaces and at the beach is not working at all). Overall, this all-inclusive experience was the worst for me, and I do not plan to return. While the pool and water slides are enjoyable, the beach is only mediocre. Also, ultra all inclusive, is not really ultra all inclusive. You have to pay extra for a lot of staff: wifi, popcorn, frozen juice, fresh juice and so on…I wouldn’t recomand this hotel to anyone!

No air-conditioning in most of the hotel halls and in all elevators will make you really sweaty and feel like in hell in August (you only get air conditioning in the rooms and in reception and SOMETIMES in the main restaurant). Food is very average for a 5 star hotel. You get some variety but majority of food is the same everyday. For lunch I'd recommend everyone going to the terrace bar after 1p.m. as you can order something tasty there (try chicken skewers) - it's included in the all inclusive so it's free even though you order food there like in a la carte restaurant. Pools are great and definitely the biggest advantage of this hotel. Most of customers are rude Russians, they will try to squeeze in front of you in the queue, no manners at all. Just two hours of dinner time makes the main restaurant very crowded in the evening which is not good. Paid wifi in the rooms is a disgrace for a 5 star hotel...

Honestly I have no words to express the gratitude towards the staff, quality of services and rooms. We were in room 1325, jacuzzi room with a full view of the sea, and a balcony. The room was huge and the balcony also. And any requests were fulfilled immediately. Food was excellent, drinks were good, cocktails were good as well. Special tanks to the staff for making our holiday a dream. The beach was a bit too rocky for my taste, but all in all excelent! We are sure to return soon!!!!

Great holiday (at our own expense). This is not a 5 star hotel. More so a 3 or 4 star at a push. Booked a nice room as advertised on the site from the pictures, when we arrived we were given a room at their complex across the street overlooking what I can only describe as a run down street in a shanty town! Had to pay an extra 90euro to have a room that matched what I had booked online, be careful of this as I know it had happened to other guests who also had to pay an additional amount. The hotel is 3 hours on a bus from the airport. We had to pay for a taxi £100 euro each way which was 1 hour and 30mins, because a 3 hour journey is rough after a 5 hour flight. No internet, you have to pay 2euro each day or sit in the lobby for free WiFi, but everyone from the hotel are sitting there also so there’s no space for a private call etc. Food is repetitive, same thing each day. If you are not fussy you may enjoy it for a day or two. We spent most of our time in Alanya or Konakli for dinner at night. Rude staff in the spa area, one male tried to walk into the female changing rooms and my partner interrupted this which led to the staff member holding scissors to my partners face and threatening to do something very volatile. Scary and definitely not appropriate for a “5 star spa hotel” we thought of reporting this incident but due to the lack of English language spoken in the complex, it would have been difficult and frustrating, thankfully it happened on our last day. One key card per room regardless of how many are staying, they will not allow you another. Animation team were friendly and probably the nicest part of our stay. The room we “upgraded” to was great, spacious and a good view from the balcony overlooking the beach. The beach is not comfortable, far too many stones, my parter had split his nose open from swimming due to the amount of stones around and in the water.

Hi! Since my stay was more than a month, I would try to make a 360 degrees assessment. 1. Rooms and design, taking that price is not so high, we have got a really good deal. It is a new hotel with fancy lobby, good elevators and rooms itself. 2. Cleaning, for first 3 weeks of our stay we had a brilliant cleaning lady, I was literally crying when she told she starts her job on the another floor. And we got a simply nightmare cleaning afterwards . Actually ,it was not cleaning at all , this new lady just dropped towels and gave a water. 3. Food and drinks. Well, it could be better. Probably for people who stay for a while it would not be a problem. But for whose who wants to spend a long period of time it could be even annoying to have exactly the same meal day by day. And soups - are disappointment of the year. Every time it was sour!!! You can expect chicken/turkey/ fish/ beef cutlet regularly. But not every time I found them delicious. Fruits: watermelon, melon, apples. Desserts:,there are few of them I liked. 4. Beach. Please buy sea shoes. And it is small pebbles instead of the sand, so be ready. And yes, it is not 1line in my understanding. There is a high way road between the hotel and the beach. 5. Animation. Guys are very nice and professional . They have s personal approach to everybody. They would not force you to do something if you do not want. 6. Location, I would say it is a weak side. Actually, there is nothing around. First sign of civilization you could find in 20 minutes of walk. In general I have a good memories. Thanks a lot.

Just came back from a 14 days stay with kids at the almost brand new hotel. We were very satisfied in general and especialy with the food, drinks, deserts, pools, friendly staff, good cleaning service, rooms. They use the original Efes beer, original Coke, Sprite and other drinks are of good quality and for drink lovers this is a heaven :-). Food used in the buffet was excelent, my preference goes to the tasty soft cheeses, turkish pastries such as baklavas were excelent as well among many other things. Some improvment could be done to the following things such as slipery when wett floors in the hotel hallway and around the pool, maybe more groomed beach with some more green space, entertainment shows, not so much posibillites around the hotel. All in all we found nothing negativ about this hotel. Everyone was trying their best to please the guests and when running into small problems it was dealt at the reception very fast, thanks for that. I would say very good 5 star budget hotel and excelent ratio of what you pay and what you get. Considering that someplace else like ex. Croatia for this money you can only get an appartment a hike away from the beach and have to buy and cook your own food this ends up costing same or less. When we compared this deal with a hotel on the beach in Croatia with all inclusive service and the price would be jaw dropping 10 times as high for similar thing and without the flight waiting for the mout and borders for hours in car is the last thing a tourst would want to do on a holiday. In my opinion vacation in Turkey is the best what budget money can buy.

Don't recommend to anyone. From the moment we checked in we had problem with key kard, it took them 2 days and around 10 visits to reception to fix that. We only got one keykard for the two of us... Wi fi is charged 2€ per day, per person in ultra all inclusive variant, safe is charged 2€ per day which is also ridiculous. Food was good for the first two days and then they started using same things from lunch for dinner etc... Cake choices are very poor. You pay for corn, popcorn, fresh squeezed juice, icecream (ultra all inclusive again). There is no espresso machine so the coffe is terrible. Alcohol is like water, really poor. When I asked about the indoor pool (which they state they have im brochure) guy from spa made fun of me and showed me empty pool and said this is free and just for you (not a way to treat a customer who payed big amount of money). Beach is terrible and the sea is full of huge sharp rocks making it imposible to swim and enjoy, water is very dirty. Everything around hotel looks like warzone, you have no walking options because the streets are dark and most of them dont have lights, nearest place where you have something interesting is around 3km from hotel. Most of the workers dont speak English very well so it's really hard to communicate with them... Cleaning ladies dont respect Don't disturb signs and they enter the rooms whenever they want, in one case I was sleeping and she came to clean even with do not disturb on the door. Two bright sides of this hotel are the workers from pool bar (especially Beşir) and everything is really clean. Apart from that i have nothing good to say about this hotel.
